Commercial Concrete Coating
Durable coatings engineered to withstand heavy traffic, resist stains and abrasions, and hold up under real use — garages, warehouses, showrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
See our floors in action
Polyurea outperforms traditional epoxy in flexibility, durability, and chemical resistance. It absorbs impact, resists oil, gasoline, and a wide range of chemicals, stays stable under UV exposure, and holds together through temperature extremes — so it will not crack or peel the way an epoxy shop floor does.
Where it works
Our advanced coatings provide aesthetic improvement and long-lasting protection against wear, weather, and chemicals. From service bays to warehouses, they add durability and safety while transforming how the space looks to your customers.

The prep is the product. Here is every step, so you know what you are paying for and what to hold us to.
Crews grind up to 1/16th of an inch off the top of the slab, vacuum away all dust and particulates, and treat cracks and pitting before any coating goes down.
Either a diagnostic polyurea coat that seals the slab and protects the second coat from contaminants, or a single-application polyurea base — edges cut in, full surface rolled for even coverage.
Color flakes are broadcast by hand into the wet coating, generously, so color and texture stay uniform across the full floor.
Once cured, metal blade scrapers remove loose or standing flakes and an industrial vacuum prepares a smooth, clean base for the top coats.
A clear polyaspartic top coat seals in the flake. Vertical surfaces and edges first, then squeegeed and rolled to prevent lines. Extra grip available for wet areas.
Dry to the touch in 12 hours for foot traffic and loads up to 600 lbs. Ready for vehicle and equipment traffic after 24 hours.

Answers
Yes, in almost every way that matters in Tennessee. Polyurea is roughly 4× stronger than epoxy, flexes with temperature swings instead of cracking, resists oil, gasoline, and household chemicals, and holds its color under UV exposure.
The coating is dry to the touch in about 12 hours — foot traffic and items up to 600 lbs can return then. After 24 hours the floor is ready for vehicle traffic.
Garages, basements, patios, driveways, walkways, pool decks, warehouses, showrooms, and industrial floors. We add extra slip resistance in wet areas such as pool decks and hot tub surrounds.
