How long does a residential roof replacement take?
Most Middle Tennessee homes are torn off and re-roofed in one to two days. Larger estate roofs, steep pitches, and specialty materials such as Brava composite or metal take longer — your project manager gives you a firm window before we start.
What roofing brands does Three Stone install?
CertainTeed is our primary shingle line — we are a SELECT ShingleMaster, a status held by about 1% of contractors. We are also GAF Certified and install Brava composite roof tile, standing-seam metal, and low-slope Carlisle and Johns Manville systems.
How do I know if I have storm damage?
Hail and wind damage are often invisible from the ground — bruised shingles, lifted seals, and granule loss show up only on the roof. A free Three Stone inspection documents each elevation with photos so you can decide whether to file a claim.

What does a new roof cost in Middle Tennessee?
