No. Roof inspections and written estimates are free and carry no obligation. We photograph every elevation and send you the report even if we find nothing wrong.

Yes. Three Stone holds Tennessee contractor license TN BC-A #80031, carries full general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and is a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating.
How fast can Three Stone get out to my property?
Most inspections are scheduled within a few business days. Active leaks and storm damage are triaged first — call (615) 434-3333 and we will get a tarp or temporary repair in place quickly.
Does Three Stone work with insurance claims?
Yes. Our exterior specialists include Haag-certified and insurance-trained advisors who document damage, meet your adjuster on site, and manage supplements through to completion.
Does Three Stone work with HOAs and property managers?
Yes. We handle multi-building HOA roofing, siding, and painting packages as well as ongoing commercial maintenance agreements for property managers.
